Please make sure to read the following before commissioning me.
By ordering a commission, you agree with the terms below.

GENERAL

You are only purchasing the digital file , not the printed art.I have the right to decline the commission if i don't feel comfortable with what you're asking for.No cancellation or refunds once i start the commission.Depending on the details of the characters or background, the price of the commission can increase. We can discuss it, come to an agreement and set a price.I would ask you for permission to post the work on my own social media accounts. you can decline if you want to.It can take me a day up to 2 months to finish your commission depending on the waitlist.If you want it to be done within a deadline, there will be an extra charge to make it a priority commission.Paying for a priority commission will let you skip the waitlist if there is one.

PROCESS

Commissions may take 1 week - 2 months to finish depending on what type of commission you order.
I'll make sure to update you regarding the process of the work every 1 - 2 days.You will be sent 2 draft sketches. You'll first be sent a rough draft then a cleaner draft sketch after making changes. Please list all the changes that you want when receiving these two draft sketches.I will only give 3 free revisions, each revisions after that will be charged.Revision charge depends on how much changes you want to make. I won't allow too much massive changes after sending the third update so please do kindly make up your mind when listing changes for the first two draft sketches.Please be patient with the progress

COPYRIGHT AND USAGE POLICY

You cannot use my artwork for NFT or use it for any kind of AI purposes.I retain all the rights and ownership of the artwork, its distribution and use.Do not take credit for the art.Do not make profit with the artwork.Do not trace or modify my art in any
form.
You can print the art as long as it is for personal use only.You cannot claim my art as your own and you are not allowed to alter it.The commissioned artwork is only for personal use. If you want to use my artwork for commercial purposes or want to keep it private, please tell me beforehand.

PAYMENTS

50% Down payment or Full payment must be settled first before I start the commission.You must pay for the rest of the payment after i send the progress.I only accept payments via Paypal.
You can ask for a refund only if I haven't started working in your commission yet.
